Mirant Selects ATI’s Aware™ for Boilers for fleet-wide implementation across Mirant’s mid-Atlantic coal power plants.

Automation Technology, Inc. (ATI), a supplier of Equipment Knowledge Retention solutions for the energy industry, is pleased to announce that Mirant has selected ATI’s Aware solution for use across their mid-Atlantic coal generating plant fleet of 9 units.
Mirant’s initial implementation will utilize the Aware Boiler Module for capturing tube failures and inspection data. Over the course of the following year, Mirant will add the Visual Aware for Boiler modules for its fleet.
