Automation Technology Announces The Release of Aware Version 9
SAN JOSE, CA - 5/6/2009 -
Automation Technology, Inc. (ATI) announces the release of AWARE Version 9.0 with many new enhancements through out the family of AWARE modules. This new release further positions AWARE as the market leader for managing and retaining your equipment knowledge.

Highlights of General Features and Enhancements Included in Version 9
Tables can be edited from within some forms no need to click through to open the table. User has the ability to hide table columns especially useful for hiding columns of internal program variables. Enhanced security for Events the event security set for the last event created by a user is automatically applied to a new event. User can still modify/change security settings. In some places, files can be uploaded using drag and drop Electronic Signatures are supported. Windows Vista and soon to be released Windows 7 is supported.
Highlights of Visual Aware Features and Enhancements Included in Version 9
All activity types except Tube Failure can be imported using the File-Import command. Object information (e.g., weld, tube, panel) can be displayed in the data window. Errors detected when loading a drawing or loading activities are consolidated into a single error message.
