Automation Technology Announces the Aware™ Equipment Service Providers Program

SAN JOSE, CA - 9/21/2009 - Automation Technology, Inc. (ATI), a supplier of Equipment Knowledge Retention Solutions for the energy industry, today announced a new program for the Aware users and their equipment service providers.  The greatest value from Aware is realized when everyone that does work on plant equipment uses Aware to deliver their service results.  With this goal in mind, ATI has launched the Equipment Service Providers (ESP) Program.  Because of the outage efficiencies seen from Mobile Aware, the initial focus has been working with and training established boiler inspection service companies on it’s use.  ATI has been working with a number of companies and will be announcing ESP Program partners as they formalize. 

To launch this Program aggressively, ATI is offering the use of their Mobile Aware module at no cost available for their Aware Boiler Module customers through fall 2009 and spring 2010 outages:  For users that already have the Aware Boiler Module, boiler inspection service company’s may be able to use Mobile Aware at no cost.  Mobile Aware streamlines the way inspections are done at plants, so a significant increase in productivity will be achieved.

Due to commitments that we will be made on ATI’s end to support each participating plant in this program, they may not be able to support everyone that would like to participate. If you have boiler outages coming up this fall or spring and would be interested in taking advantage of this offer, you are advised to contact aware.support@atinet.com as soon as possible with “ESP Program Participation” in the subject line and the following information in the body of your e-mail:

1. What plant and unit has an outage scheduled
2. The scheduled outage dates
3. The boiler inspection company that will perform the inspections

Based on this information, ATI will contact you and let you know if the support team and your selected boiler inspection company can support your schedule under this program.
