United Dynamics Advanced Corporation (UDC) 1st Service Provider to achieve ‘Gold’ level
SAN JOSE, CA - 1/7/2010 -
ATI’s ESP program, established in the 3rd quarter of 2009 is achieving its goal promoting collaboration between utilities and the providers that service/inspect their equipment. Using the Aware software program, service providers are able to document their findings and recommendations and have them instantly available for utility equipment owners. The equipment owners are then able to supplement the knowledge captured by the service providers with their own and generate pooled reports for maintenance, management, and planning.
ATI is establishing Gold, Silver, and Bronze program levels in the ESP program to recognize the commitment that service providers have made to the program. The measure for the different levels is based on the number of personnel from each organization that has participated in the training programs.
United Dynamics Advanced Corporation (UDC) has demonstrated their commitment to supporting customers using Mobile Aware by becoming the first service provider to reach the ‘Gold’ level of the program. ‘UDC is committed to meeting our customer’s desire for collaborating on inspections through the use of the Aware software’, stated John Cavote, President of UDC. ‘All of our boiler inspectors are ready to use Mobile Aware'.
Program level requirements will be reviewed annually and may change as the program grows. Additional requirements may be added in subsequent annual reviews as well.
